As a mission training organisation that is continuously pioneering new ways to influence the mission leaders of tomorrow, we regard your partnership of high value.
Registered as an association without gain (NPO 52-781), FTLT relies entirely on donations from friends, family, churches and businesses who have engaged with us in a partnership relationship. Some preferred to partner financially through regular once-off donations, while other preferred to partner financially on a monthly basis through debit order. Whichever way, we acknowledge every partnership as a blessing from God, enabling us to do that which He has called us to.
Recently, for the benefit of companies who partner with us and after much thought and research we have decided to have FTLT verified as an Exempted Micro Enterprise (see certificate). In doing so it now gives you the benefit of any donation made to FTLT from your company, to have it counted towards your Enterprise Development responsibility on your BEE scorecard. (According to the codes of good practise released by the DTI, 9 February 2007, any grant given to a company that are at least 25% black owned and have a BEE status level between one (1) and six (6) will receive a 100% benefit factor (Page 84 – 86, Interpretive Guide, June 2007)).
In addition, for those companies who which to partner financially with our Empowering Community Project (see proposal), you are guaranteed that your contribution will count towards your Socio Economical Development responsibility.
